Explore the affluent west side's Old Hotel, once home to homeless war veterans, and navigate the bustling streets of ethnically diverse Hogan's Alley on the east side. Witness an array of characters, from minorities to corrupt officials, through 44 film noir influenced conversations that reveal a rich tapestry of narratives. Produced by the National Film Board of Canada, Circa 1948 stands out as the first real-time 3D art app to blend storytelling with historical accuracy.
